“Start of A New Era” For Arctic Foxes in Northern Europe

According to international news outlet, Euronews, there has been a significant inclination in the arctic fox population within the Nordic region due to multiple controlled environmental affairs.

Around 450 fox cubs were released into select mountainous areas across the countries of Finland, Norway, and Sweden, which was organized by an initiative created in 2003. The video stated there were not more than fifty left in the region in total.

Experts have made note the foxes are still endangered, and designated dens have been implemented for better strategic survival for the species, hoping for “a start of a new era”.
