Four piece Progressive-Metalcore outfit, Invent Animate, hailing from Port Neches, Texas, have unveiled their 4th and last single from the upcoming 3rd full-length studio album, “Greyview” out everywhere March 13th via Tragic Hero Records.
Invent, Animate are:
Trey Celaya
Keaton Goldwire
Caleb Sherraden
Marcus Vik
This marks their third release under Tragic Hero and it’s one that has been long awaited, following almost 2 years of audio silence from the group, which included a front man change after founding member, Ben English, noted leaving the band due to losing his passion for touring. You can stream the single, “Monarch“, below.
After holding open vocal auditions, where the participants involved were asked to send in an unedited version of their track, “Darkbloom“, they found a match with Marcus Vik, formerly of Swedish metalcore act, Aviana. Regarding the album, the band made a statement on their Facebook concerning the rough ride that led them to today.
“We have been faced with so many challenges leading up to this moment, and it’s incredibly rewarding to have something to show for the blood sweat and tears that we’ve poured out over the grueling process of making this record. But for now, we’ll save you the story and share what’s really important – new riffs, baby. Thank you for being present with us and letting us share our music and lives with you.”
