R.I.P. Stolas “Our Last Nights on Earth” Tour

After the release of their very successful self-titled album, Stolas the 4-piece progressive post-hardcore band have decided to part ways.

After their album release tour in 2017, the band parted ways with bassist RJ Reynolds, leaving Stolas as a 2-piece group which included only vocalist/drummer Carlo Marquez and Guitarist Sergio Medina. Shortly after Reynolds’s departure, they announced that they were to “put an end to Stolas.” They had decided to “move forward with other musical and personal endeavors.” Sergio recently joined Blue Swan Records own experimental post-hardcore band, Eidola, and is a part of super group powerhouse, Sianvar.

As a final goodbye and fitting tribute, Stolas has reformed with original members RJ Reynolds and former Vocalist Jason Weiche to announce their Stolas: Our Last Night on Earth tour, to begin 7/27/2018.

Here is their statement:

Greetings beautiful living creatures. It’s time we put an end to Stolas. As we move forward with other musical and personal endeavors, it simply feels best to do so. In celebration of closing this chapter of our lives, we’ve reunited with the original line-up to play our final shows.
Thank you for all of your support over the last few years. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to play music for you as Stolas. We are equally thankful to be able to lay this band to rest in the form it began.
